What is your hourly rate?

Our standard rate starts from $35 per hour, with pricing varying based on your location, the number of children requiring care, and the time of day care is needed. We're always happy to provide a personalised quote based on your family's needs.

Do you offer 5:00 AM starts?

Absolutely! We understand that shift work and non-traditional hours can make finding reliable childcare challenging. We're happy to accommodate early morning starts and late evening finishes.

Please note that care provided before 7:00 AM or after 7:00 PM is charged at our after-hours rate of $40 per hour.

What areas do you service?

We proudly provide childcare services throughout Toowoomba, Gatton, Plainlands, and surrounding areas.

For bookings located outside the 4350 postcode, a travel fee of $0.70 per km (round trip) will apply.

Our children thrive on consistency. Can we have the same babysitter each time?

Of course! Building strong, trusting relationships with children is something we value highly. We aim to provide the same babysitter for each booking whenever possible, helping your children feel comfortable and secure.

In the rare event that we need to assign a different babysitter, we'll always communicate with you in advance and ensure a smooth transition.
